FAQs

Your questions, answered.

Everything you need to know before joining us across Cheltenham and Gloucester, 12–16 October 2026. Can't find what you're looking for? Email us at info@cynam.org.

Is parking available at the venues?

As we use a range of venues across Cheltenham and Gloucester, we can't guarantee parking availability for attendees. We do, however, always consider good public transport links when confirming venues, and are happy to share parking details where available. Check the Venues page for location and access information for each site.

Is there a dress code?

There is no set dress code for our events. We encourage you to wear whatever you're comfortable in. Business casual is the most common choice among our attendees.

Do you offer catering?

All of our events include complimentary soft drinks, and we aim to offer food wherever possible. Refreshments are typically served on arrival, with a further break for food (lunch or evening catering, depending on the event) partway through. Exact timings and offerings vary by event structure, so do check the specific event details in the programme.

Will there be photography?

To capture the highlights from the week, we always have photography on-site, with videography also at our headline events. If you'd like to attend but would prefer not to appear in this footage, just let a member of our team know and we'll factor this into the photography plan for the event.

How much do tickets cost?

We're powered by CyNam, a non-profit, so we keep ticket costs as low as possible. Day passes are £10 and all-access passes are £30. We offer complimentary tickets for students, and 50% off for anyone who subscribes to our newsletter. A portion of all ticket sales goes towards empowering and inspiring 1,000 KS3 students at our EmPowerCyber event on Friday 16 October. Partner and fringe events may require a separate ticket, booked directly with the organiser.

Are the venues accessible?

We aim to ensure every venue we choose is fully accessible. If you have any specific requirements or would like us to be aware of anything ahead of the event, please let us know and we'll be happy to accommodate where we can.

When should I arrive?

Event timings vary depending on the session. As with all our events, we ask that you arrive at least 15 minutes before the start time to ensure a smooth kick-off. Full timings for each day are listed in the programme.

Can I get involved in the week?

Absolutely! Our events are centred around our community, and we always welcome new knowledge and perspectives in our line-ups. You can submit a talk, host a fringe event, or reach out to the team if you'd like to get involved in another way.

Can I sponsor Gloucestershire Tech Week?

Our events wouldn't be possible without our event and annual sponsors. If you'd like to learn more about becoming a sponsor and playing a part in our incredible community, please get in touch.
